The Andrew Carnegie biography by David Nasaw has been well-received by customers. The book provides an in-depth account of Carnegie's life and is an engaging read that keeps the reader's interest throughout. Although some readers found this book to not be about Carnegie the Industrialist, but rather about his life, many found it to be an excellent researched book. The author does a great job of bringing Andrew Carnegie to life, and it is well written, well researched, and easy to follow. The first half of the book mainly explores the life of Carnegie, his work ethic, and his extreme optimism, while the second half covers his philanthropy and efforts at achieving global peace. One criticism was that the book lacked pictures.
