Chartpak Inks HI44-011 Editorial Review
The Higgins Waterproof Black India Ink is highly praised for its use in stick and poke tattoos. It stays well and heals nicely without any adverse reactions. However, it should not be used for any other type of skin art. It is also suitable for pen and ink drawings and watercolor, as it does not run when color is applied. The ink is waterproof when allowed to dry thoroughly. The packaging includes an eyedropper for easy application. It is non-toxic according to the box. However, there have been some complaints about the product being previously opened and spilled upon arrival, as well as a change in consistency in some recent batches.
