The Steve Madden Women's Irenee Heeled Sandals are a stylish addition to any outfit. They come in a leopard velvet pattern and have a comfortable heel height. Customers have reported that they are comfortable to wear all day and do not rub against the back of the ankle or leg. However, there have been some concerns regarding the quality of the shoe. Though the description claims that it is 100% leather, there is only a thin layer of leather on the footbed of the shoe. This layer may wear out quickly, and customers have stated that it is doubtful that little bit of leather is any good. Additionally, some customers have reported that the shoes look like they have been worn prior to arriving. The back of the shoe, which cups the heel and features tiny buckles, may also cause some discomfort if it goes up too high or hits the bony part of the ankle. It is recommended to size up by half to avoid toe squishing and blisters.
