Rust-Oleum Home Interior & Exterior House Paint 372012 Editorial Review
The Rust-Oleum 372012 Transformations Basics Cabinet & Trim Paint is a quart of dark grey paint that aims to make wood cabinets look more updated. However, several customers have experienced issues with the paint. Some have reported that it chips easily and peels off, making it unsuitable for wood. Customers have been disappointed in the colour; the paint looks grey in the can and it dries grey, rather than black. The paint is also reported to be watered down and takes numerous coats to cover the trim. Some have used two to three coats but others have used almost two quarts to cover their cabinets. There are conflicting opinions on how well the paint will hold up over time. Some customers have no complaints so far, while others have reported that the paint has reacted poorly with different finishes, thus making it unsuitable for wood. Overall, the product has received mixed reviews.
