SK-8 Wireless DIY 3-Way On Off Anywhere Lighting Home Control Wall Switch Set - No neutral wire required

The SK-8 Wireless DIY 3-Way On Off Anywhere Lighting Home Control Wall Switch Set is a convenient and versatile solution for controlling your lights remotely. The set includes a wired receiver that replaces your existing wall switch and a wireless transmitter that can be mounted anywhere. The receiver can fit in a 2 or 3 gang box, while the transmitter needs to be mounted alone. One of the standout features of this switch set is that it does not require a neutral wire, making it easier to install in older homes. However, it is important to note that the transmitter does not fit into a 2 or 3 gang box due to its wider base plate that accommodates a coin battery. Customer feedback indicates that the switch set does not work well with LED bulbs, as it can cause flickering or an inConsistent lighting display. It is recommended to use a combination of regular bulbs and LEDs to prevent this issue. The switch set is compatible with incandescent, fluorescent, and compact fluorescent lamps. Customers also appreciate the flexibility of being able to control the light from either the receiver or the transmitter, providing convenience in any room. However, some users have reported a slight delay before the light switches on or off. It is worth noting that the switch set allows for easy customization by replacing the default switch plate with a decorator plate. Customers have successfully removed the "Sky home" words printed on the plate that comes with the set. Overall, the SK-8 Wireless DIY 3-Way On Off Anywhere Lighting Home Control Wall Switch Set is a reliable and convenient solution for controlling your lights remotely. It is particularly beneficial for homes without a neutral wire, although it may not work well with LED bulbs.
