ESCO Tire Repair Tools Editorial Review
Esco 90518-100-KIT Truck Tire Demount and Mounting Tool Kit is designed to streamline the tire changing process, particularly for heavy-duty truck tires like 22.5" and 24.5" sizes. Many users find that after initial struggles, the tool offers a significant advantage over traditional tire irons, especially with stiffer Asian rubber. This kit is noted for being indispensable during winter tire changes, enabling efficiency and easing the physical toll. However, some reviews mention a learning curve in mastering the technique, particularly on specific tire sizes like 17-inch 14 ply. Many recommend trying it out despite initial doubts about its practicality compared to conventional methods.
