Some customers found it hard to get it to work, with unclear or missing instructions. The board seems to have balanced charging, disconnection and reconnection voltage management, and they protect against overcharged, over-discharged, and protect against short circuiting. Some customers received faulty products, while others found success in using these products. One customer used it to replace their Roomba battery pack with success.
