SweetLeaf Stevia WNB-SWB-POW Editorial Review
SweetLeaf Better Than Sugar Stevia Blend is a sugar alternative that can be used in all the same ways as regular sugar. It works well in baking, frosting, and making glazes. The erythritol in the product is not listed as a sugar alcohol on the nutritional label as per the FDA guidelines. Users have also reported using it in making ice cream, smoothies, lemon tart, and cheesecake with good results. One reviewer felt it was hard to notice any difference or "sweet" taste, even after using extra amounts. While another felt that the product was like all other granulated artificial sweeteners, changed the Consistency of the product, and had an aftertaste.
