Preguntas y respuestas de los clientes

  • Pregunta: What is 3D Wipe Ceramic Coating Surface Prep used for?

Respuesta: 3D Wipe Ceramic Coating Surface Prep is designed to effectively remove excess oils and lubricants from paint and glass surfaces before applying a ceramic coating. This preparation is crucial as it ensures that the ceramic coating adheres properly and delivers optimal protection and shine, enhancing the longevity of your vehicle's finish. Many users find it particularly useful after washing their cars or when prepping surfaces that have been waxed or polished.
  • Pregunta: How do I use 3D Wipe for surface prep?

Respuesta: To use 3D Wipe, first, ensure the surface is clean. Spray a moderate amount of the product onto a microfiber cloth or directly onto the surface. Gently wipe in a circular motion until the surface is stripped of oils and lubricants. The product evaporates quickly, leaving a clean surface that's ready for ceramic coating application. Use it on areas like the hood, doors, and any other surfaces that require ceramic protection to ensure a uniform application.
  • Pregunta: Can I use 3D Wipe on glass surfaces?

Respuesta: Yes, 3D Wipe is safe for use on glass surfaces. It effectively removes residues that can inhibit the bonding of ceramic coatings and other surface treatments. This ensures a clear, streak-free finish that enhances visibility and durability. Users often apply it on windows and windshields prior to applying ceramic coatings specifically formulated for glass to maximize protection against environmental elements.
  • Pregunta: Is 3D Wipe suitable for use on all vehicle paints?

Respuesta: Absolutely! 3D Wipe is compatible with all types of automotive paint finishes, including clear coats and specialty custom paints. This versatility makes it a go-to choice for detailing professionals and car enthusiasts alike. It's ideal for prepping surfaces before you apply a ceramic coating, ensuring that regardless of your vehicle’s finish, you achieve optimal results.
  • Pregunta: How much product do I need for an average-sized vehicle?

Respuesta: For an average-sized vehicle, approximately 4-6 ounces of 3D Wipe is sufficient for complete surface prep before applying ceramic coating. Since the product is highly effective, a little goes a long way. This means that a 1-gallon bottle can be used for multiple vehicles, making it both economical and efficient for individual car owners or detailing businesses.
  • Pregunta: Can 3D Wipe be used before applying wax or sealants?

Respuesta: Yes, using 3D Wipe prior to applying wax or sealants is highly recommended.
