This marble run is a mixed bag. While some customers found it easy to assemble and well-made, others struggled with the instructions and had missing or melted pieces. The elevator part that carries the marbles back up doesn’t work well and the marbles tend to get stuck or fall off. The plastic chain isn't tight enough to keep the gears going, which caused kids to get bored with it quickly. Many customers have faced the issue of missing parts, and the replacement parts are not easy to find. Overall, the product does not stay together, and the rotation wheel is choppy and causes the marbles to get stuck, which is quite frustrating. **
