Lalbrew Verdant IPA Brewing Yeast-11 Grams is a yeast that is suitable for brewing beer. One customer used it to make the best IPA they have ever tasted, with full flavor and aroma. The yeast took off quickly and attenuated up to 80 percent on a 9.5 percent beer. The beer made from this yeast is not more bitter than a Hoppy Pale or ESB. The customer's only regret is that they only made two gallons, so will have to make it again. Another customer had problems with their pack, as it never started fermenting. However, most customers are impressed with how fast the yeast fermented their beer, with another's beer being ready in just five days. One thing to be careful of when using this yeast is the extremely vigorous fermentation, which could lead to the fermenter exploding if not modified.
