EFP Humidifier Filter 1041 for Aircare, Essick, Bemis - Wicking Filter for 1041 Models (6 Filters)
The humidifier filters in question have garnered mixed feedback from users, reflecting a range of experiences with their performance and overall satisfaction. Some customers appreciate the filters for their compatibility and fitting, stating that they perform similarly to the original Essick filters, with an almost identical design and frame. Many users report that they are a cost-effective option that meets their humidification needs perfectly, especially when compared to pricier alternatives. The filters are easy to install, and users find them good replacements that fit seamlessly into their humidifiers. However, the performance of these filters appears to be a point of contention. Some customers have noted that while the filters initially function adequately, they struggle with effective wicking, leading to subpar humidification over time. A notable downside mentioned is the filters' reduced lifespan, as one user reported that their filter stopped holding water after just five weeks, significantly shorter than expected when compared to the Superwick model. Additionally, some users indicated that the fans had to run longer to achieve the same levels of humidity as before, hinting at concerns regarding efficiency. In summary, while these filters are lauded for their affordability and fit, their overall wicking performance and longevity raise questions that potential buyers should Consider. **
